Kitchen at Union Square serving success in Chattanooga

Executive Chef Dave Gauthier and team served a sold out crowd May 31 at "Uncorked," a premier event benefitting the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera, held by the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga. The restaurant served one of its most popular small plate dishes, the seared Ahi Tuna over Udon Noodles, which was served with a wine pairing. Event attendees and volunteers gave kudos to the restaurant which served more than 1,000 guests.
