Fort Pierce and Mobile campuses recognize academic excellence, Culinard style

At Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Fort Pierce, students Christopher Gordon and Nick Peterson (above, wearing red hats) were recently recognized as the first culinary students at that campus to achieve a 4.0 GPA. To mark the honor they were presented with red chef hats and certificates by Culinard Program Director Chef Steven Scerenscko (above, far left) and Chef Antony Osborne (second from right), Dean of Culinard.
The red hat is a new initiative of the Culinard program, which honors high-achieving students and allows them to wear the hats with distinction in the training kitchen.
Meanwhile, Culinard in Mobile Program Director Paul Wooten (above, second from right) honored students LaShauna Ross, Ronald Alonzo and Dinah Arlington for their 4.0 GPA.
Dinah Arlington and Ronald Alonzo were also recognized for perfect attendance.
