Culinard’s new Kitchen at Union Square opens

Chattanooga’s newest contemporary eatery, Kitchen at Union Square, is now open at 200 West Martin Luther King Blvd. in Chattanooga. The restaurant is operated in conjunction with Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College School of Business and Health in Chattanooga. Students in the culinary and pastry programs at the school will be able to gain real-world experience by working and externing at the restaurant.
