Culinard Pastry chefs assemble in Greensboro for latest in chocolate and sugar trends

Culinard pastry chef instructors recently attended a pastry workshop at the Greensboro campus. The instructors learned the latest artisan techniques, specifically the latest trends in chocolate and sugar decorations. The purpose was to have consistent recipes and techniques throughout the various Culinard Pastry Arts programs.
The corporate multimedia team, led by Jeff Davis, was also on hand to photograph and film the activities, with the intention to uploading the material onto the Culinard customized interactive web site "My Culinary Lab."
A special word of thanks to Chef Ben Shelton and Chef Jared Danks for providing such an interesting and informative training. This was an evaluable learning experience for everyone concerned and provided the opportunity to establish new bonds of friendships within the company.
