Culinard news from Fort Pierce and Baton Rouge

New day and night students at Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Fort Pierce, Florida, were welcomed recently by a fruit and vegetable masterpiece created by Chef Joseph Scarmuzzi.

In the course of their 36-week intensive study, Culinard students have the opportunity to learn such carving techniques.

Dusty Cooper, Program Director of Culinard in Baton Rouge, recently appeared on local television station WAFB-9 to promote Pastry Taste and See, a half-day pastry workshop held at Culinard's kitchens on campus.
