Chef Carl Tilley (center in both photos), executive chef at Kitchen on George in Mobile, participated in the Alabama National Shrimp Festival in October by giving cooking demonstrations.

Kitchen on George is owned and operated by Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Mobile, whose students are able to gain real-world work experience at the restaurant.
